It Can Be Done!

   Climb For A Cause

In January 2009, a dedicated team of volunteers will make the 19,500’ climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro, the largest freestanding mountain on earth. The vertical trek will raise both money and awareness for clean water in Uru, Tanzania.

Each team member commits to gathering pledges. All money raised will go towards creating
eco-friendly sustainable solutions for clean water, providing improved health and quality of life.

Our climbers hope to inspire and motivate individuals around the world to aspire and push harder than they might ever have dreamed was possible. They will be featured in ICBD’s documentary as inspired examples of courage, tenacity and reaching a goal:

one step… one person… one village… at a time!
